Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Foreign Affairs, authorizes

(a) the Prime Minister or the Minister of Foreign Affairs to represent the Government of Canada at the 24th Congress of the Postal Union of the Americas, Spain and Portugal, to take part in its deliberations, to vote and to sign, on behalf of the Government of Canada, subject to ratification, the Acts of the 24th Congress of the Postal Union of the Americas, Spain and Portugal; or

(b) the Minister of Foreign Affairs to execute and issue an Instrument of Full Powers authorizing Rajeev Venugopal, General Manager, International Relations, Canada Post Corporation; Stephen Johnson, Director, International Relations, Canada Post Corporation; Jorge Gutierrez Connelly, Director, International Relations, Canada Post Corporation; or Camilo Rodriguez Ayala, Advisor, International Relations, Canada Post Corporation; to represent the Government of Canada at the 24th Congress of the Postal Union of the Americas, Spain and Portugal, to take part in its deliberations, to vote and to sign, on behalf of the Government of Canada, subject to ratification, the Acts of the 24th Congress of the Postal Union of the Americas, Spain and Portugal.

Sur recommandation du ministre des Affaires étrangères, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil autorise :

a) soit le premier ministre ou le ministre des Affaires étrangères à représenter le gouvernement du Canada au 24^e Congrès de l’Union postale des Amériques, de l’Espagne et du Portugal, à prendre part à ses délibérations, à voter et à signer, au nom du gouvernement du Canada, sous réserve de ratification, les Actes du 24^e Congrès de l’Union postale des Amériques, de l’Espagne et du Portugal;

b) soit le ministre des Affaires étrangères à signer et à délivrer un instrument de pleins pouvoirs autorisant Rajeev Venugopal, directeur général, Relations internationales, Société canadienne des postes, Stephen Johnson, directeur, Relations internationales, Société canadienne des postes, Jorge Gutierrez Connelly, directeur, Relations internationales, Société canadienne des postes, ou Camilo Rodriguez Ayala, conseiller, Relations internationales, Société canadienne des postes, à représenter le gouvernement du Canada au 24^e Congrès de l’Union postale des Amériques, de l’Espagne et du Portugal, à prendre part à ses délibérations, à voter et à signer, au nom du gouvernement du Canada, sous réserve de ratification, les Actes du 24^e Congrès de l’Union postale des Amériques, de l’Espagne et du Portugal.
