Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Economic Development and Official Languages, pursuant to sections 9 and 16 of the Canadian Tourism Commission Act, appoints the Honourable Liza Frulla, P.C., C.M., O.Q., of Sutton, Quebec, to be Chairperson of the Board of Directors of the Canadian Tourism Commission, to hold office during pleasure for a term of five years, and fixes her remuneration and certain conditions of employment as set out in the annexed schedule, which remuneration is comprised of a per diem within the range ($310 - $375) and an annual retainer within the range ($8,000 - $9,400).

Sur recommandation de la ministre du Développement économique et des Langues officiels et en vertu des articles 9 et 16 de la Loi sur la Commission canadienne du tourisme, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil nomme l’honorable Liza Frulla, C.P., C.M., O.Q., de Sutton (Québec), présidente du conseil d’administration de la Commission canadienne du tourisme, à titre amovible pour un mandat de cinq ans, et fixe sa rémunération et certaines conditions d’emploi conformément à l’annexe ci-jointe, laquelle rémunération est composée d’un taux journalier dans l’échelle (310 $ – 375 $) et des honoraires annuels dans l’échelle (8 000 $ – 9 400 $).
