The Committee of the Privy Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Justice, advises that letters patent under the Great Seal of Canada be issued appointing the Honourable K.A. Siobhan Monaghan, a Judge of the Tax Court of Canada, to be a Judge of the Federal Court of Appeal, and a Judge ex officio of the Federal Court.
