Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Finance, after consultation with the board of directors of the Canada Deposit Insurance Corporation and pursuant to sections 105 and 108 of the Financial Administration Act, appoints Leah Anderson of Ottawa, Ontario, to be President and Chief Executive Officer of the Canada Deposit Insurance Corporation, to hold office during pleasure for a term of two years, or until such a time as a new President and Chief Executive Officer is appointed, whichever occurs first, and fixes her remuneration and certain conditions of employment as set out in the annexed schedule, which salary is within the range ($271,000 - $318,800), effective August 16, 2021.

Sur recommandation de la ministre des Finances, après consultation avec le conseil d’administration de la Société d’assurance-dépôts du Canada et en vertu des articles 105 et 108 de la Loi sur la gestion des finances publiques, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil nomme Leah Anderson, d’Ottawa (Ontario), présidente et première dirigeante de la Société d’assurance-dépôts du Canada, à titre amovible pour un mandat de deux ans, ou jusqu’à ce qu’un nouveau président et premier dirigeant soit nommé, selon la première de ces éventualités, et fixe sa rémunération et certaines conditions d’emploi conformément à l’annexe ci-jointe, lequel traitement se situe dans l’échelle (271 000 $ – 318 800 $), à compter du 16 août 2021.
