                     Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, pursuant to subsection 3(3) of the Department of Justice Act, hereby appoints Michel Bouchard of Cap Rouge, Quebec, to be Associate Deputy Minister of Justice, to hold office during pleasure, and fixes his salary and other employment conditions as set out in the schedule hereto, which salary is within the range ($157,000 - $184,700), effective October 2, 2003.

                     Sur recommandation du premier ministre et en vertu du paragraphe 3(3) de la Loi sur le ministère de la Justice, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil nomme Michel Bouchard de Cap-Rouge (Québec), au poste de sous-ministre délégué de la Justice, à titre amovible, et fixe son traitement et autres conditions d’emploi conformément à l’annexe ci-jointe, lequel traitement se situe dans l’échelle (157 000 $ - 184 700 $), à compter du 2 octobre 2003.
