His Excellency the Administrator of the Government of Canada in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister for International Trade, pursuant to subsection 4(2) of the Export Development Act, reappoints Martine M. Irman of Toronto, Ontario, as Chairperson of the Board of Directors of Export Development Canada, to hold office during pleasure for a term of one year, effective November 29, 2021.
