His Excellency the Administrator of the Government of Canada in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Finance, after consultation with the appropriate provincial Ministers of the participating provinces, pursuant to subsections 10(1), (3) and (5) of the Canada Pension Plan Investment Board Act, reappoints Charles Magro of Heritage Pointe, Alberta, as a director of the Board of Directors of the Canada Pension Plan Investment Board, to hold office during good behaviour for a term of three years, effective July 1, 2021.

Sur recommandation de la ministre des Finances, après consultation avec les ministres provinciaux compétents des provinces participantes et en vertu des paragraphes 10(1), (3) et (5) de la Loi sur l’Office d’investissement du régime de pensions du Canada, Son Excellence l’administrateur du gouvernement du Canada en conseil renouvelle le mandat de Charles Magro, de Heritage Pointe (Alberta), administrateur du conseil d’administration de l’Office d’investissement du régime de pensions du Canada, à titre inamovible pour une période de trois ans, à compter du 1^er juillet 2021.
