His Excellency the Administrator of the Government of Canada in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Seniors and the Minister of Health, pursuant to Order in Council P.C. 2007-281 of March 2, 2007, reappoints Nora Kathleen Spinks of Mississippi Mills, Ontario, as a member of the National Seniors Council, to hold office during pleasure for a term of two years.
