His Excellency the Administrator of the Government of Canada in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Employment and Social Development:

(a) pursuant to subsections 45(1), (4), (5) and section 47 of the Department of Employment and Social Development Act, reappoints Sylvie Rose Marie Charron of Ottawa, Ontario, as a full-time member of the Social Security Tribunal, to hold office during good behaviour for a term of three years;

(b) pursuant to subsection 45(2) of the Department of Employment and Social Development Act, designates Sylvie Rose Marie Charron, as Vice-Chairperson of the Employment Insurance Section; and

(c) pursuant to subsection 49(1) of the Department of Employment and Social Development Act, fixes her remuneration and certain conditions of employment as set out in the annexed schedule, which salary is within the range GCQ 5.

Sur recommandation de la ministre de l’Emploi et du Développement social, Son Excellence l’administrateur du gouvernement du Canada en conseil :

a) en vertu des paragraphes 45(1), (4), (5) et de l’article 47 de la Loi sur le ministère de l’Emploi et du Développement social, nomme de nouveau Sylvie Rose Marie Charron, d’Ottawa (Ontario), membre à temps plein du Tribunal de la sécurité sociale, à titre inamovible pour une période de trois ans;

b) en vertu du paragraphe 45(2) de la Loi sur le ministère de l’Emploi et du Développement social, désigne Sylvie Rose Marie Charron, vice-présidente de la section de l’assurance-emploi;

c) en vertu du paragraphe 49(1) de la Loi sur le ministère de l’Emploi et du Développement social, fixe sa rémunération et certaines conditions d’emploi conformément à l’annexe ci-jointe, lequel traitement se situe dans l’échelle GCQ 5.
