His Excellency the Administrator of the Government of Canada in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Canadian Heritage, pursuant to section 3 and subsection 4(2) of the National Arts Centre Act, appoints Derral George Moriyama of Vancouver, British Columbia, to be a member of the Board of Trustees of the National Arts Centre Corporation, to hold office during pleasure for a term of three years.
