Whereas paragraph 41(3)(b) of the Public Service Superannuation Act provides that the Public Service Pension Advisory Committee shall consist of six members appointed from among persons who are nominated for appointment by that portion of the National Joint Council of the Public Service of Canada that represents employees;

And whereas Dany Richard was nominated for appointment by that portion of the National Joint Council of the Public Service of Canada that represents employees;

Therefore, His Excellency the Administrator of the Government of Canada in Council, on the recommendation of the President of the Treasury Board, pursuant to subsection 41(1) of the Public Service Superannuation Act, appoints Dany Richard of Gatineau, Quebec, to be a member of the Public Service Pension Advisory Committee, to hold office during pleasure for a term of three years.

Attendu que l’alinéa 41(3)b) de la Loi sur la pension de la fonction publique prévoit que le Comité consultatif sur la pension de la fonction publique est composé de six membres choisis parmi les candidats proposés par les représentants des salariés au sein du Conseil national mixte de la fonction publique du Canada;

Attendu que Dany Richard est le candidat proposé par les représentants des salariés au sein du Conseil national mixte de la fonction publique du Canada,

À ces causes, sur recommandation du président du Conseil du Trésor et en vertu du paragraphe 41(1) de la Loi sur la pension de la fonction publique, Son Excellence l’administrateur du gouvernement du Canada en conseil nomme Dany Richard, de Gatineau (Québec), membre du Comité consultatif sur la pension de la fonction publique, à titre amovible pour un mandat de trois ans.
