His Excellency the Administrator of the Government of Canada in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Public Safety and Emergency Preparedness, pursuant to sections 103 and 105 of the Corrections and Conditional Release Act, appoints Haniya Sheikh of Toronto, Ontario, to be a part-time member of the Ontario Regional Division of the Parole Board of Canada, to hold office during good behaviour for a period of three years, effective September 7, 2021.
