His Excellency the Administrator of the Government of Canada in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Public Works and Government Services,

(a) pursuant to paragraph 15(1)(a) of the National Capital Act, approves the acquisition by the National Capital Commission from the City of Ottawa of the real property located at the intersection of Walkley Road and Russell Road, in Ottawa, Ontario, as described in Schedule A and shown in Schedule B; and

(b) pursuant to paragraph 15(1)(b) of the National Capital Act, approves that the National Capital Commission enter a lease with York Realty Inc. for a period of 99 years for the real property located at 2391 Walkley Road and 2646 Walkley Road, in Ottawa, Ontario, as described in Schedule C and shown in Schedule D.

Sur recommandation de la ministre des Travaux publics et des Services gouvernementaux, Son Excellence l’administrateur du gouvernement du Canada en conseil :

a) en vertu de l’alinéa 15(1)a) de la Loi sur la capitale nationale, donne son accord pour l’acquisition par la Commission de la capitale nationale des biens immeubles appartenant à la Ville d’Ottawa qui sont situés à l’intersection du chemin Walkley et du chemin Russell à Ottawa (Ontario), dont la description figure à l’annexe A, et l’illustration, à l’annexe B.

b) en vertu de l’alinéa 15(1)b) de la Loi sur la capitale nationale, donne son accord pour l’octroi par la Commission de la capitale nationale à York Realty Inc. d’un bail d’une durée de 99 ans pour les biens immeubles situés respectivement au 2391, chemin Walkley, et au 2646, chemin Walkley, à Ottawa (Ontario), dont la description figure à l’annexe C, et l’illustration, à l’annexe D.
