His Excellency the Administrator of the Government of Canada in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Foreign Affairs, authorizes the Minister of Foreign Affairs to take the actions necessary to bring into force for Canada the Exchange of Letters between the Government of Canada and the Government of the Republic of Chile constituting an Agreement to amend the Free Trade Agreement between the Government of Canada and the Government of the Republic of Chile, done at Santiago on December 5, 1996, as amended.
Sur recommandation du ministre des Affaires étrangères, Son Excellence l’administrateur du gouvernement du Canada en conseil autorise celui-ci à prendre les mesures nécessaires à l’entrée en vigueur pour le Canada de l’Échange de lettres entre le gouvernement du Canada et le gouvernement de la République du Chili constituant un Accord modifiant l’Accord de libre-échange entre le gouvernement du Canada et le gouvernement de la République du Chili, fait à Santiago, le 5 décembre 1996, dans sa version modifiée.
