His Excellency the Administrator of the Government of Canada in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Public Safety and Emergency Preparedness, pursuant to subsections 22(2) and (3) of An Act to amend certain Acts and Regulations in relation to firearms, chapter 9 of the Statutes of Canada, 2019, fixes July 7, 2021 as the day on which section 2, subsection 4(3) and sections 6, 8 and 15 of that Act come into force.
Sur recommandation du ministre de la Sécurité publique et de la Protection civile et en vertu des paragraphes 22(2) et (3) de la Loi modifiant certaines lois et un règlement relatifs aux armes à feu, chapitre 9 des Lois du Canada (2019), Son Excellence l’administrateur du gouvernement du Canada en conseil fixe au 7 juillet 2021 la date d’entrée en vigueur de l’article 2, du paragraphe 4(3) et des articles 6, 8 et 15 de cette loi.
