His Excellency the Administrator of the Government of Canada in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Finance and the Minister of Public Safety and Emergency Preparedness, makes the annexed Regulations Repealing the NAFTA Rules of Origin Regulations pursuant to

(a) subsection 164‍(1.1) of the Customs Act; and

(b) subsection 16‍(4) of the Customs Tariff.

Sur recommandation de la ministre des Finances et du ministre de la Sécurité publique et de la Protection civile, Son Excellence l’administrateur du gouvernement du Canada en conseil prend le Règlement abrogeant le Règlement sur les règles d’origine (ALÉNA), ci-après, en vertu :

a) du paragraphe 164‍(1.1) de la Loi sur les douanes;

b) du paragraphe 16‍(4) du Tarif des douanes.
