His Excellency the Administrator of the Government of Canada in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Finance and the Minister of Public Safety and Emergency Preparedness with respect to the provisions of the annexed Regulations other than section 1, and on the recommendation of the Minister of Finance with respect to that section 1, makes the annexed CCFTA Rules of Origin Regulations pursuant to

(a) subsection 164‍(1.1) of the Customs Act; and

(b) subsections 16‍(2) and 16‍(4) of the Customs Tariff.

Sur recommandation de la ministre des Finances et du ministre de la Sécurité publique et de la Protection civile, en ce qui concerne les dispositions du règlement ci-après, autres que l’article 1, et sur recommandation de la ministre des Finances, en ce qui concerne l’article 1 de ce règlement, Son Excellence l’administrateur du gouvernement du Canada en conseil prend le Règlement sur les règles d’origine (ALÉCC), ci-après, en vertu :

a) du paragraphe 164‍(1.1) de la Loi sur les douanes;

b) des paragraphes 16‍(2) et 16‍(4) du Tarif des douanes.
