His Excellency the Administrator of the Government of Canada in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Citizenship and Immigration, pursuant to paragraphs 153(1)(a) and 153(1)(c) of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act, reappoints Thomas Yin Wai Card of Toronto, Ontario, as a full-time member of the Immigration and Refugee Board (Toronto Regional Office), to hold office during good behaviour for a term of five years, effective September 18, 2021.

Sur recommandation du ministre de la Citoyenneté et de l’Immigration et en vertu des alinéas 153(1)a) et 153(1)c) de la Loi sur l’immigration et la protection des réfugiés, Son Excellence l’administrateur du gouvernement du Canada en conseil renouvelle le mandat de Thomas Yin Wai Card, de Toronto (Ontario), commissaire à temps plein de la Commission de l’immigration et du statut de réfugié (Bureau régional de Toronto), à titre inamovible pour une période de cinq ans, à compter du 18 septembre 2021.
