His Excellency the Administrator of the Government of Canada in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Natural Resources, pursuant to sections 14 and 15 of the Canadian Energy Regulator Act, appoints Karen Leibovici of Edmonton, Alberta, to be a director of the Board of Directors of the Canadian Energy Regulator, to hold office during pleasure for a term of five years, on a part-time basis.
