His Excellency the Administrator of the Government of Canada in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister for International Trade, pursuant to subsections 5(1) and 6(4) of the Business Development Bank of Canada Act, approves the appointment by the Minister for International Trade of Tania M. Clarke of Montréal, Quebec, to be a director of the Board of Directors of the Business Development Bank of Canada, to hold office during pleasure for a term of four years, in the place of Shahir Guindi, whose term has expired.

Sur recommandation de la ministre du Commerce international et en vertu des paragraphes 5(1) et 6(4) de la Loi sur la Banque de développement du Canada, Son Excellence l’administrateur du gouvernement du Canada en conseil approuve la nomination par la ministre du Commerce international, de Tania M. Clarke, de Montréal (Québec), administratrice du conseil d’administration de la Banque de développement du Canada, à titre amovible pour un mandat de quatre ans, en remplacement de Shahir Guindi dont le mandat a pris fin.
