His Excellency the Administrator of the Government of Canada in Council, thinking it necessary, advises, on the recommendation of the Minister of Justice, pursuant to subsection 54(2) of the Federal Courts Act, that commissions be issued under the Great Seal of Canada empowering each of the persons whose name is set out in the schedule to administer oaths and to take and receive affidavits, declarations and solemn affirmations, in or outside Canada, in or concerning any proceeding had or to be had in the Federal Court of Appeal or the Federal Court.

Sur recommandation du ministre de la Justice et en vertu du paragraphe 54(2) de la Loi sur les Cours fédérales, Son Excellence l’administrateur du gouvernement du Canada en conseil, le jugeant nécessaire, recommande que soient délivrées, sous le grand sceau du Canada, des commissions habilitant chacune des personnes dont le nom figure à l’annexe à faire prêter serment et à recevoir des affidavits, des déclarations ou des affirmations solennelles, au Canada ou à l’étranger, lors de toute procédure actuelle ou éventuelle devant la Cour d’appel fédérale ou la Cour fédérale.
