His Excellency the Administrator of the Government of Canada in Council, on the recommendation of the President of the Treasury Board, pursuant to subsections 42(1) and 42.1(1) of the Public Service Superannuation Act, makes the annexed Regulations Amending the Public Service Superannuation Regulations.
