Whereas, pursuant to subsection 7‍(1) of the Nuclear Liability and Compensation Act, the Minister of Natural Resources has consulted the Canadian Nuclear Safety Commission;

Therefore, His Excellency the Administrator of the Government of Canada in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Natural Resources, pursuant to subsection 7‍(1) of the Nuclear Liability and Compensation Act, makes the annexed Regulations Amending the Nuclear Liability and Compensation Regulations.

Attendu que, conformément au paragraphe 7‍(1) de la Loi sur la responsabilité et l’indemnisation en matière nucléaire, le ministre des Ressources naturelles a consulté la Commission canadienne de sûreté nucléaire,

À ces causes, sur recommandation du ministre des Ressources naturelles et en vertu du paragraphe 7‍(1) de la Loi sur la responsabilité et l’indemnisation en matière nucléaire, Son Excellence l’administrateur du gouvernement du Canada en conseil prend le Règlement modifiant le Règlement sur la responsabilité et l’indemnisation en matière nucléaire, ci-après.
