His Excellency the Administrator of the Government of Canada in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of the Environment, pursuant to subsections 34(2), 36(5) and 38(9) and paragraphs 43(1)(g.1), (g.2) and (h) of the Fisheries Act, makes the annexed Regulations Amending the Metal and Diamond Mining Effluent Regulations.
