His Excellency the Administrator of the Government of Canada in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Canadian Heritage, pursuant to section 23 of the Museums Act, approves the reappointment by the Board of Trustees of the Canadian Museum of Immigration at Pier 21 of Marie Chapman of Bedford, Nova Scotia, as Director of the Canadian Museum of Immigration at Pier 21, to hold office during pleasure for a term of four years, and fixes her remuneration and certain conditions of employment as set out in the annexed schedule, which remuneration is within the range CEO 3 ($188,500 - $221,700), effective October 20, 2021.

 

Sur recommandation du ministre du Patrimoine canadien et en vertu de l’article 23 de la Loi sur les musées, Son Excellence l’administrateur du gouvernement du Canada en conseil approuve le renouvellement du mandat par le conseil d’administration du Musée canadien de l’immigration du Quai 21 de Marie Chapman, de Bedford (Nouvelle-Écosse), directrice du Musée canadien de l’immigration du Quai 21, à titre amovible pour une période de quatre ans, et fixe sa rémunération et certaines conditions d’emploi conformément à l’annexe ci-jointe, laquelle rémunération se situe dans l’échelle CEO 3 (188 500 $ – 221 700 $), à compter du 20 octobre 2021.
