His Excellency the Administrator of the Government of Canada in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Foreign Affairs, authorizes

(a) the Prime Minister or the Minister of Foreign Affairs to sign, on behalf of the Government of Canada, subject to ratification, the Audiovisual Coproduction Treaty between the Government of Canada and the Swiss Federal Council; or

(b) the Minister of Foreign Affairs to execute and issue an Instrument of Full Powers authorizing Steven Guilbeault, Minister of Canadian Heritage; Mary Ng, Minister for International Trade; or Susan Bincoletto, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Canada to the Swiss Confederation, to sign, on behalf of the Government of Canada, subject to ratification, the Audiovisual Coproduction Treaty between the Government of Canada and the Swiss Federal Council.

Sur recommandation du ministre des Affaires étrangères, Son Excellence l’administrateur du gouvernement du Canada en conseil autorise :

a) soit le premier ministre ou le ministre des Affaires étrangères à signer, au nom du gouvernement du Canada, sous réserve de ratification, le Traité de coproduction audiovisuelle entre le gouvernement du Canada et le Conseil fédéral suisse;

b) soit le ministre des Affaires étrangères à signer et à délivrer un instrument de pleins pouvoirs autorisant Steven Guilbeault, ministre du Patrimoine canadien, Mary Ng, ministre du Commerce international, ou Susan Bincoletto, ambassadrice extraordinaire et plénipotentiaire du Canada auprès de la Confédération suisse, à signer, au nom du gouvernement du Canada, sous réserve de ratification, le Traité de coproduction audiovisuelle entre le gouvernement du Canada et le Conseil fédéral suisse.
