His Excellency the Administrator of the Government of Canada in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Health, pursuant to subsection 138(5) of the Canada–European Union Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement Implementation Act, chapter 6 of the Statutes of Canada, 2017, fixes June 30, 2021 as the day on which sections 45 to 58 of that Act come into force.
Sur recommandation de la ministre de la Santé et en vertu du paragraphe 138(5) de la Loi de mise en œuvre de l’Accord économique et commercial global entre le Canada et l’Union européenne, chapitre 6 des Lois du Canada (2017), Son Excellence l’administrateur du gouvernement du Canada en conseil fixe au 30 juin 2021 la date d’entrée en vigueur des articles 45 à 58 de cette loi.
