His Excellency the Administrator of the Government of Canada in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of the Environment, pursuant to section 4 of the Canada Water Act, approves that the Minister of the Environment, on behalf of the Government of Canada, enter into an arrangement with the Government of Manitoba, substantially in accordance with the annexed Canada-Manitoba Memorandum of Understanding Respecting Lake Winnipeg and the Lake Winnipeg Basin.
Sur recommandation du ministre de l’Environnement et en vertu de l’article 4 de la Loi sur les ressources en eau du Canada, Son Excellence l’administrateur du gouvernement du Canada en conseil approuve la conclusion par le ministre de l’Environnement, au nom du gouvernement du Canada, d’un arrangement avec le gouvernement du Manitoba, conforme en substance au Protocole d’entente Canada-Manitoba portant sur le lac Winnipeg et le bassin du lac Winnipeg, ci-joint.
