His Excellency the Administrator of the Government of Canada in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Transport, pursuant to subsection 265‍(2) of the Budget Implementation Act, 2019, No. 1, makes the annexed Regulations Repealing Certain Regulations Made Under the Pilotage Act (Tariff Regulations — Miscellaneous Program).

 

 

Sur recommandation du ministre des Transports et en vertu du paragraphe 265‍(2) de la Loi n^o 1 d’exécution du budget de 2019, Son Excellence l’administrateur du gouvernement du Canada en conseil prend le Règlement correctif visant l’abrogation de certains règlements pris en vertu de la Loi sur le pilotage (règlements sur les tarifs), ci-après.
