His Excellency the Administrator of the Government of Canada in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Employment and Social Development, pursuant to subsections 45(1), (4) and (5) of the Department of Employment and Social Development Act, appoints Tengteng Gai of Toronto, Ontario, to be a full-time member of the Social Security Tribunal for the Income Security Section, to hold office during good behaviour for a term of three years, effective June 21, 2021.

Sur recommandation de la ministre de l’Emploi et du Développement social et en vertu des paragraphes 45(1), (4) et (5) de la Loi sur le ministère de l’Emploi et du Développement social, Son Excellence l’administrateur du gouvernement du Canada en conseil nomme Tengteng Gai, de Toronto (Ontario), membre à temps plein du Tribunal de la sécurité sociale pour la section de la sécurité du revenu, à titre inamovible pour un mandat de trois ans, à compter du 21 juin 2021.
