His Excellency the Administrator of the Government of Canada in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Citizenship and Immigration, pursuant to paragraphs 153(1)(a) and 153(1)(c) of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act, reappoints Joseph Martin Wyger of Whitby, Ontario, as a part-time member of the Immigration and Refugee Board (Toronto Regional Office), to hold office during good behaviour for a term of five years, effective June 10, 2021.

Sur recommandation du ministre de la Citoyenneté et de l’Immigration et en vertu des alinéas 153(1)a) et 153(1)c) de la Loi sur l’immigration et la protection des réfugiés, Son Excellence l’administrateur du gouvernement du Canada en conseil renouvelle le mandat de Joseph Martin Wyger, de Whitby (Ontario), commissaire à temps partiel de la Commission de l’immigration et du statut de réfugié (Bureau régional de Toronto), à titre inamovible pour une période de cinq ans, à compter du 10 juin 2021.
