His Excellency the Administrator of the Government of Canada in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, pursuant to section 153 of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act, fixes the remuneration and certain conditions of employment of Murielle Henri, full-time member of the Immigration and Refugee Board (Ottawa District Office), for the period she is acting as Assistant Deputy Chairperson (Ottawa District Office), as set out in the annexed schedule, which salary is within the range GCQ 4 ($130,700 - $153,700), effective November 16, 2020, until such time as she is no longer required to act as Assistant Deputy Chairperson (Ottawa District Office).

Sur recommandation du premier ministre et en vertu de l’article 153 de la Loi sur l’immigration et la protection des réfugiés, Son Excellence l’administrateur du gouvernement du Canada en conseil fixe la rémunération et certaines conditions d’emploi de Murielle Henri, commissaire à temps plein de la Commission de l’immigration et du statut de réfugié (Bureau du district d’Ottawa), pour la période pendant laquelle elle agit à titre de vice-présidente adjointe (Bureau du district d’Ottawa), conformément à l’annexe ci-jointe, lequel traitement se situe dans l’échelle GCQ 4 (130 700 $ – 153 700 $), à compter du 16 novembre 2020, jusqu’à ce qu’il ne soit plus nécessaire pour elle d’agir en tant que vice-présidente adjointe (Bureau du district d’Ottawa).
