His Excellency the Administrator of the Government of Canada in Council, considering that it is in the public interest to do so, on the recommendation of the Treasury Board, the Minister of Citizenship and Immigration and the Minister of Foreign Affairs, pursuant to subsection 23(2.1) of the Financial Administration Act, makes the annexed Certain Fees in Respect of the Issuance and Replacement of Identity and Travel Documents (Crash of Ukraine International Airlines Flight PS752) Remission Order.
Sur recommandation du Conseil du Trésor, du ministre de la Citoyenneté et de l’Immigration et du ministre des Affaires étrangères et en vertu du paragraphe 23(2.1) de la Loi sur la gestion des finances publiques, Son Excellence l’administrateur du gouvernement du Canada en conseil, estimant que l’intérêt public le justifie, prend le Décret de remise visant certains frais ou droits de délivrance ou de remplacement de documents d’identité ou de documents de voyage (écrasement du vol PS752 d’Ukraine International Airlines), ci-après.
