Whereas the Chief Justice of Ontario has nominated the Honourable Benjamin Zarnett, a Judge of the Court of Appeal for Ontario, to be a member of the Independent Judicial Advisory Committee for the Province of Ontario - Greater Toronto Area;

Therefore, His Excellency the Administrator of the Government of Canada in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Justice, pursuant to Order in Council P.C. 2017-10 of January 19, 2017, appoints the Honourable Benjamin Zarnett, to be a member of the Independent Judicial Advisory Committee for the Province of Ontario - Greater Toronto Area, to hold office during pleasure for a term ending on May 1, 2023.

Attendu que le juge en chef de l’Ontario a proposé que l’honorable Benjamin Zarnett, juge de la Cour d’appel de l’Ontario, soit nommé membre du Comité consultatif indépendant à la magistrature pour la province d’Ontario – Région du grand Toronto,

À ces causes, sur recommandation du ministre de la Justice, Son Excellence l’administrateur du gouvernement du Canada en conseil, en vertu du décret C.P. 2017-10 du 19 janvier 2017, nomme l’honorable Benjamin Zarnett, membre du Comité consultatif indépendant à la magistrature pour la province d’Ontario – Région du grand Toronto, à titre amovible pour un mandat se terminant le 1^er mai 2023.
