Whereas the Canadian Bar Association has nominated Gurminder S. Sandhu to be a member of the Independent Judicial Advisory Committee for the Province of British Columbia;

Therefore, His Excellency the Administrator of the Government of Canada in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Justice, pursuant to Order in Council P.C. 2017-10 of January 19, 2017, appoints Gurminder S. Sandhu of Vancouver, British Columbia, to be a member of the Independent Judicial Advisory Committee for the Province of British Columbia, to hold office during pleasure for a term ending on May 1, 2023.

À ces causes, sur recommandation du ministre de la Justice, Son Excellence l’administrateur du gouvernement du Canada en conseil, en vertu du décret C.P. 2017-10 du 19 janvier 2017, nomme Gurminder S. Sandhu, de Vancouver (Colombie-Britannique), membre du Comité consultatif indépendant à la magistrature pour la province de la Colombie-Britannique, à titre amovible pour un mandat se terminant le 1^er mai 2023.
