His Excellency the Administrator of the Government of Canada in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Canadian Heritage, pursuant to subsection 18(1) and paragraph 18(2)(a) of the Cultural Property Export and Import Act, appoints Tzu-I Chung of Victoria, British Columbia, to be a member of the Canadian Cultural Property Export Review Board, to hold office during pleasure for a term of three years.

Sur recommandation du ministre du Patrimoine canadien et en vertu du paragraphe 18(1) et de l’alinéa 18(2)a) de la Loi sur l’exportation et l’importation de biens culturels, Son Excellence l’administrateur du gouvernement du Canada en conseil nomme Tzu-I Chung, de Victoria (Colombie-Britannique), commissaire de la Commission canadienne d’examen des exportations de biens culturels, à titre amovible pour un mandat de trois ans.
