His Excellency the Administrator of the Government of Canada in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Indigenous Services, pursuant to section 3 of the Qalipu Mi’kmaq First Nation Act, makes the annexed Order Amending the Qalipu Mi’kmaq First Nation Band Order.

Sur recommandation du ministre des Services aux Autochtones et en vertu de l’article 3 de la Loi concernant la Première Nation micmaque Qalipu, Son Excellence l’administrateur du gouvernement du Canada en conseil prend le Décret modifiant le Décret constituant la bande appelée Première Nation Qalipu Mi’kmaq, ci-après.
