His Excellency the Administrator of the Government of Canada in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Citizenship and Immigration, pursuant to paragraphs 153(1)(a) and 153(1)(c) of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act, reappoints Philippe Rabot of Ottawa, Ontario, as a full-time member of the Immigration and Refugee Board (Ottawa District Office), to hold office during good behaviour for a term of five years.

 

Sur recommandation du ministre de la Citoyenneté et de l’Immigration et en vertu des alinéas 153(1)a) et 153(1)c) de la Loi sur l’immigration et la protection des réfugiés, Son Excellence l’administrateur du gouvernement du Canada en conseil nomme de nouveau Philippe Rabot, d’Ottawa (Ontario), commissaire à temps plein de la Commission de l’immigration et du statut de réfugié (Bureau du district d’Ottawa), à titre inamovible pour une période de cinq ans.
