His Excellency the Administrator of the Government of Canada in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Public Safety and Emergency Preparedness, pursuant to sections 103 and 105 of the Corrections and Conditional Release Act, reappoints Claire Carefoot of St. Albert, Alberta, as a part-time member of the Prairie Regional Division of the Parole Board of Canada, to hold office during good behaviour for a period of three years, effective May 11, 2021.
Sur recommandation du ministre de la Sécurité publique et de la Protection civile et en vertu des articles 103 et 105 de la Loi sur le système correctionnel et la mise en liberté sous condition, Son Excellence l’administrateur du gouvernement du Canada en conseil renouvelle le mandat de Claire Carefoot, de St. Albert (Alberta), membre à temps partiel de la Section régionale des Prairies de la Commission des libérations conditionnelles du Canada, à titre inamovible pour une période de trois ans, à compter du 11 mai 2021.
