                     Sur recommandation du ministre de la Justice, le Comité du Conseil privé recommande que monsieur Joel E. Fichaud, de la ville de Halifax dans la province de la Nouvelle-Écosse, l'un des conseillers juridiques de Sa Majesté, soit nommé juge de la Cour d'appel de la Nouvelle-Écosse.

                     The Committee of the Privy Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Justice, advise that Joel E. Fichaud, Esquire, from the City of Halifax in the Province of Nova Scotia, one of Her Majesty's Counsel learned in the law, be appointed a Judge of the Nova Scotia Court of Appeal.
