His Excellency the Administrator of the Government of Canada in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Transport after consultation with the board of directors of Marine Atlantic Inc., pursuant to section 134 of the Financial Administration Act, appoints the Auditor General of Canada as the auditor of Marine Atlantic Inc. for the fiscal year ending on March 31, 2022.

Sur recommandation du ministre des Transports, après consultation du conseil d’administration de Marine Atlantique S.C.C., et en vertu de l’article 134 de la Loi sur la gestion des finances publiques, Son Excellence l’administrateur du gouvernement du Canada en conseil nomme la vérificatrice générale du Canada à titre de vérificateur de Marine Atlantique S.C.C. pour l’exercice se terminant le 31 mars 2022.
