His Excellency the Administrator of the Government of Canada in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Foreign Affairs, authorizes the Minister of Foreign Affairs to take the actions necessary to bring into force for Canada the Agreement between the Government of Canada and the ITER International Fusion Energy Organization for Cooperation in the Peaceful Uses of Fusion Energy.

Sur recommandation du ministre des Affaires étrangères, Son Excellence l’administrateur du gouvernement du Canada en conseil autorise celui-ci à prendre les mesures nécessaires à l’entrée en vigueur pour le Canada de l’Accord entre le Gouvernement du Canada et l’Organisation internationale ITER pour l’énergie de fusion concernant la coopération dans le domaine des utilisations pacifiques de l’énergie de fusion.
