His Excellency the Administrator of the Government of Canada in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Finance, pursuant to subsections 3(2) and (6) of the Canadian International Trade Tribunal Act, re-appoints Serge Fréchette of Ripon, Quebec, as a temporary member of the Canadian International Trade Tribunal, to hold office during good behaviour for a term of one year.

Sur recommandation de la ministre des Finances et en vertu des paragraphes 3(2) et (6) de la Loi sur le Tribunal canadien du commerce extérieur, Son Excellence l’administrateur du gouvernement du Canada en conseil nomme de nouveau Serge Fréchette, de Ripon (Québec), vacataire du Tribunal canadien du commerce extérieur, à titre inamovible pour une période d’un an.
