His Excellency the Administrator of the Government of Canada in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Industry, pursuant to section 3 and subsection 5(2) of the Natural Sciences and Engineering Research Council Act, appoints Valérie Bonnardel-Vacqué of Riverview, New Brunswick, to be a member of the Natural Sciences and Engineering Research Council, to hold office during pleasure for a term of three years.
