His Excellency the Administrator of the Government of Canada in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Justice, pursuant to sections 48.1, 48.2 and 48.4 of the Canadian Human Rights Act, appoints Kathryn A. Raymond, Q.C., of Bedford, Nova Scotia, to be a full-time member of the Canadian Human Rights Tribunal, to hold office during good behaviour for a term of five years, effective May 27, 2021.
