His Excellency the Administrator of the Government of Canada in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Public Works and Government Services, after consultation with the board of directors of Canada Lands Company Limited, pursuant to sections 105 and 108 of the Financial Administration Act, approves the appointment of Robert Alan Howald of Mississauga, Ontario, to be President and Chief Executive Officer of Canada Lands Company Limited, to hold office during pleasure for a term of two years, and fixes his remuneration and certain conditions of employment as set out in the annexed schedule, which remuneration is within the range CEO 4 ($226,000 - $265,800).
Sur recommandation de la ministre des Travaux publics et des Services gouvernementaux, après consultation du conseil d’administration de la Société immobilière du Canada Limitée, et en vertu des articles 105 et 108 de la Loi sur la gestion des finances publiques, Son Excellence l’administrateur du gouvernement du Canada en conseil approuve la nomination de Robert Alan Howald, de Mississauga (Ontario), président et premier dirigeant de la Société immobilière du Canada Limitée, à titre amovible pour un mandat de deux ans, et fixe sa rémunération et certaines conditions d’emploi conformément à l’annexe ci-jointe, lequel traitement se situe dans l’échelle CEO 4 (226 000 $ – 265 800 $).
