His Excellency the Administrator of the Government of Canada in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Transport, pursuant to section 747 of the Budget Implementation Act, 2018, No. 2, chapter 27 of the Statutes of Canada, 2018, fixes April 1, 2021 as the day on which subsections 731‍(2) to (6), 734‍(2) to (7), 735‍(2), 743‍(2) and (3), 744‍(2) and 745‍(2) and (3) of that Act come into force.

 

Sur recommandation du ministre des Transports et en vertu de l’article 747 de la Loi n^o 2 d’exécution du budget de 2018, chapitre 27 des Lois du Canada (2018), Son Excellence l’administrateur du gouvernement du Canada en conseil fixe au 1^er avril 2021 la date d’entrée en vigueur des paragraphes 731‍(2) à (6), 734‍(2) à (7), 735‍(2), 743‍(2) et (3), 744‍(2) et 745‍(2) et (3) de cette loi.
