His Excellency the Administrator of the Government of Canada in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Families, Children and Social Development, pursuant to subsections 9(3) and (4) of the Poverty Reduction Act, appoints Shawn Maureen Bayes of New Westminster, British Columbia, to be a part-time member of the National Advisory Council on Poverty, to hold office during pleasure for a term of two years.
