Whereas the Administrator in Council is of the opinion that it is necessary to control the export, transfer and importation of certain goods to implement the Agreement on Trade Continuity between Canada and the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland;

Therefore, His Excellency the Administrator of the Government of Canada in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Foreign Affairs, pursuant to paragraphs 3‍(1)‍(d) and 5‍(1)‍(e) and section 6 of the Export and Import Permits Act, makes the annexed Order Amending the Import Control List and the Export Control List.

Attendu que l’administrateur en conseil est d’avis qu’il est nécessaire de contrôler l’exportation, le transfert et l’importation de certaines marchandises pour mettre en œuvre l’Accord de continuité commerciale entre le Canada et le Royaume-Uni de Grande-Bretagne et d’Irlande du Nord,

À ces causes, sur recommandation du ministre des Affaires étrangères et en vertu des alinéas 3‍(1)d) et 5‍(1)e) et de l’article 6 de la Loi sur les licences d’exportation et d’importation, Son Excellence l’administrateur du gouvernement du Canada en conseil prend le Décret modifiant la Liste des marchandises d’importation contrôlée et la Liste des marchandises et technologies d’exportation contrôlée, ci-après.
