His Excellency the Administrator of the Government of Canada in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Transport and the Minister of Natural Resources, pursuant to paragraph 35‍(1)‍(d), section 190 and paragraphs 244‍(f), (g) and (h) of the Canada Shipping Act, 2001, makes the annexed Regulations Amending Certain Regulations Made Under the Canada Shipping Act, 2001.

 

Sur recommandation du ministre des Transports et du ministre des Ressources naturelles et en vertu de l’alinéa 35‍(1)d), de l’article 190 et des alinéas 244f), g) et h) de la Loi de 2001 sur la marine marchande du Canada, Son Excellence l’administrateur du gouvernement du Canada en conseil prend le Règlement modifiant certains règlements pris en vertu de la Loi de 2001 sur la marine marchande du Canada, ci-après.
